The situation

A founder has a validated idea and a budget that doesn't stretch to two separate native teams. The app needs to feel native, work on a poor connection, and get through both stores' review processes on the first or second attempt.

How we approach it

Prototype the core loop in a clickable design before writing production code.
Build once in React Native, dropping to native code only where the platform demands it.
Design for offline and flaky networks rather than treating them as edge cases.
Prepare store listings, privacy declarations and review notes alongside the code.
