Yes — it is half of what we do. We start with an audit so that both of us know what we are dealing with before anyone commits to a plan.
Usually not. Rewrites are expensive and risky, and most troubled projects have a sound core with a few serious problems. We will tell you plainly which situation you are in, and show our reasoning.
You do. Code lives in a repository you control from the first day, and every project ends with documentation good enough for another team to take over.
Audits and well-defined projects are fixed price. Open-ended or evolving work is billed monthly against an agreed budget, with a running statement so there are no surprises. See ways to engage.
Audits and urgent stabilization work can usually begin within days. Larger builds are scheduled; we will give you a realistic start date on the first call rather than an optimistic one.
