The situation

A brand has outgrown its theme. Marketing wants landing pages and content the theme can't express, page speed is hurting conversion on mobile, and every change risks breaking something else.

How we approach it

Confirm headless is warranted — it adds cost, and a better theme is sometimes the right answer.
Keep Shopify as the commerce engine; rebuild only the storefront.
Give marketing a content model they can use without a developer.
Migrate URLs and redirects carefully to protect search rankings.
